By using Trip Atlas (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service.
Use of the Service
You must use the Service in compliance with applicable laws and our policies. You are responsible for your account and the content you upload (trips, photos, descriptions). Do not upload content that infringes others' rights or is illegal, harmful, or offensive.
Your content
You retain ownership of your content. By uploading it, you grant us the rights needed to operate the Service (e.g. storing, displaying, and backing up your trips and photos).
Account termination
You may delete your account at any time via Settings → Delete Account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. For significant changes, we will notify you where appropriate.
